Property International Ltd (PIL) is a full service real estate company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, East Africa. As a property facility, PIL brings together prominent professionals from diverse fields of town planning, urban design, surveying, architecture, infrastructural engineering and environmental experts to generate informed analyses and responses to contemporary challenges in land development, urban planning, valuation services and commercial, industrial and residential property management.

Our clients range from private property owners and homeowners to major developers in the private sector, government agencies (Local Government Authorities) and foreign investors.

PIL strives to support property owners, developers and buyers in the Tanzanian market through innovative advisory and support services.
